1. About SportLogic Play

SportLogic Play allows users to search for tennis, pickleball, padel, badminton, squash and other sporting venues.

Some participating venues also allow users to book and pay for courts or related services through the App. Other venues may be listed for search and information purposes only.

2. User accounts

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.

Users must provide accurate and current information and are responsible for keeping their account details secure. Users must notify SportLogic if they believe their account has been accessed without permission.

Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

3. Venue information

Venue details, including addresses, facilities, opening hours, prices and availability, may be provided by venues or obtained from other sources.

While SportLogic may take reasonable steps to keep this information current, SportLogic does not guarantee that venue information is complete, accurate or up to date. Users should confirm important details directly with the venue before attending or making arrangements.

Some venues listed in SportLogic Play may not accept online bookings through the App.

4. Bookings

Where online booking is available, users should review the venue, date, time, price and other booking details before confirming a booking.

Bookings are subject to the availability, rules and booking conditions of the relevant venue.

The relevant venue is responsible for providing the booked court, facility or service. SportLogic provides the technology used to facilitate the booking.

5. Payments and fees

Payments may be made using the payment methods available in the App, including credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other supported online payment methods.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Any applicable price, booking fee or other charge will be displayed before a user confirms payment.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is correct and that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions are determined by the relevant venue and may vary between venues and bookings.

Users should review the applicable conditions before confirming a booking. Any cancellation, change or refund will be subject to the venue’s policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. User responsibilities

Users must:

• use the App lawfully and responsibly;
• provide accurate account and booking information;
• comply with the rules and conditions of the relevant venue;
• not interfere with the operation or security of the App; and
• not use the App for fraudulent, misleading or unauthorised purposes.

SportLogic may suspend or close an account if a user seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms.

8. Privacy

SportLogic handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Information may be shared with the relevant venue, payment provider or service provider where reasonably necessary to operate the App, manage a booking or process a payment.

9. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, content, software, branding and functionality, is owned by or licensed to SportLogic and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may use the App only for personal and lawful purposes. Users must not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the App without SportLogic’s permission.

10. App availability

SportLogic aims to keep the App available and operating properly but does not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

SportLogic may update, change or temporarily suspend parts of the App for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

11. Third-party services

The App may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, mapping services and venue websites.

SportLogic is not responsible for the availability, content or operation of third-party services. Separate terms and privacy policies may apply to those services.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SportLogic is not responsible for:

• inaccurate or outdated information supplied by a venue or another source;
• the acts or omissions of a venue;
• the condition, safety or availability of a venue or its facilities; or
• interruptions caused by third-party services, devices or internet connections.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Changes to these Terms

SportLogic may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be made available through the App or on the SportLogic website and will show the effective date.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any mandatory consumer rights that apply in a user’s country or region are not excluded by these Terms.
